Privacy Policy
We receive personal information such as your name, contact details, and tutoring preferences solely for the purpose of providing our online tutoring services. Your information is kept secure and is never sold or shared with third parties except if required by law or necessary to deliver our services. By using our services, you consent to the use of your information as described in this policy.​

Safeguarding

Child safeguarding is our top priority. Tutors have undertaken various safeguarding courses and assessments over their teaching careers and there is an ongoing commitment to always keeping children safe in education as per the government guidelines and advice. Tutors also have a DBS check (or equivalent) and are generally also on the update service.

Payments
Lessons are paid for either in advance, right after each lesson or on a weekly billing cycle by bank transfer (details provided). For clients wishing to pay via PayPal, an additional fee of 3.5% applies for each transaction to cover PayPal's fees.

Lesson Cancellation Policy
We try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, however generally if a lesson needs to be rearranged or cancelled this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Missed lessons within 24 hours or no shows will be charged at the full hourly rate. If a tutor cancels a lesson for any reason and you have already paid, the lesson will be rearranged or a refund can also be given.

Termination Policy
If you wish to terminate your regular tuition sessions, that is not a problem, please let us know as soon as possible. The above cancellation policy applies.

Student Progress Feedback

Feedback is given regularly. Please join the video call at the beginning or end of the session for verbal feedback. Of course we also provide ongoing feedback and communication via WhatsApp or email as well as monthly progress reports. You can also schedule in a free call at a later date to discuss your child's progress.

Time Keeping
Unless otherwise arranged, all one-to-one lessons are one hour in duration. Clients are responsible for arriving for tuition on time, and lessons will end at the designated time to enable the next student to have their full lesson. If you wish to speak to the tutor, in detail, about your child's progress then please do this during the first few minutes or the last few minutes of their lesson or feel free to schedule in a separate call.

Liability

We do not hold any liability for the actions of any tutors (who are all fully self employed) that we may recommend. By using our services you agree to this.
